Once your order is processed, delivery within the United States typically takes three to seven business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your items. Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package during transit.

Shipping of Custom Jewelry
Custom made and personalized jewelry pieces require careful crafting. Production time may vary, and any additional time needed will be shown on the product page. We begin production only after your design details are confirmed.

Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged items, we may request photos to help with the claim.

Wrong Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address and additional shipping fee are provided.

International Shipping
At this time, Casa Ora Miami only ships within the United States.
